I’ve found the product I want but can’t select my size

 

​If you found the product you like but cannot select it, that is because it is sold out. We will announce restocks on items so be on the lookout!

Has my order been sent yet?

 

You will receive a shipping notification via the email you provided once your order has shipped.

Part of my order is missing/ Wrong Item

 

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at support@lovvibes.com to notify us of the mix-up. Please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or the wrong item.

All payment methods are available through the website other circumstances can be discussed (ex: in person purchase, Zelle, etc.)

Orders ship out 2-3 business days from purchase.

If you received a shipping confirmation but haven't received your item within 3-4 days of that please email support@lovvibes.com so we can further investigate

I forgot to use my discount code

 

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Delivery is $5. All orders are shipped within 2-3 days from purchase, delivery is typically within 4-5 business days.
